The My BIGLOBE app is designed to allow users to check their BIGLOBE usage and billing details, as well as the data usage for BIGLOBE Mobile.

• For inquiries and requests regarding the app and services, please contact us via the "Inquiries and Bug Reports" option in the app's menu.

• Regarding the app login feature, we plan to remove the SIM card authentication login feature in the April update. From May 11th onwards, it will no longer be possible to log in to the app using SIM card authentication. We kindly request that you switch to using your BIGLOBE ID for login as soon as possible.

• If you're looking for information about BIGLOBE, this app has you covered! With this app, you can easily check your BIGLOBE usage and billing details, G-Point balance, and BIGLOBE Mobile data usage.

• You can also conveniently access the BIGLOBE member support page, chat support, call history, and proceed with various procedures for BIGLOBE Mobile through this app.

Please note:

• If you use this app immediately after activating your line, you may see a message saying "A non-BIGLOBE Mobile SIM card is inserted." This issue will be resolved within half a day to a day after line activation. Please wait for some time until the message no longer appears.

• If you choose to authenticate with your SIM card information, please use a device with a BIGLOBE SIM card inserted in order to correctly identify and retrieve communication data.

4. Useful optional services: Explore security, entertainment, and other optional services offered by BIGLOBE Mobile, such as volume charging and services like "Entame Free" and "BIGLOBE Denwa."
5. Notification settings: Set up notifications to receive monthly reports on your data usage or be alerted when your data consumption increases (toggle on/off as desired).

• Right after the date changes, the calculation of the previous day's data usage may cause a delay in displaying the data. Please be aware of this (the delay will be longer during the date change at the beginning of the month).
• If you have drastically changed the font size on your device, the screen display may be distorted. Please be cautious of this.
• Some features may not work correctly on certain devices with unique specifications or older devices. Please take note of this.
